free standing & self-cleaning air filtration system

The Air Streamer has several possibilities within a manufacturing facility, while moving large volumes of air up to 6,000 CFM.

• Side draft capture of pollutants from grinding, welding, machining, buffing, polishing, etc.
• Strategic positioning to provide push/pull control of the smoke and/or dust in large facilities.
• Enclosed within a fabrication booth to provide back and/or side draft control of the pollutants (e.g. grinding booth)

Especially popular in facilities with overhead cranes, due to its low profile and minimum floor space requirement, where fume arms and/or duct work is not practical.  

The versatility of solutions is almost endless.  Floor mounted or on a pre-engineered stand to elevate to the required height.

ambient filtration unit 

When source capture is not practical.  Provides an air changes per hour (ACPH) and/or push / pull airflow pattern on the production floor.  Integrated spark baffles, high efficiency filter and activated carbon option to control odours.  Airflow ranges from 8,500 - 14,000 CFM in a variety of configurations.  Shown above is the "X" Series c/w four (4) suction inlets @ 2ft2 each and high volume fan.

Wet downdraft table 

NFPA Compliance for combustible grinding applications (e.g. aluminum, titanium).
